The KC Yoga Therapy Professional Program includes our bridge/300 hour program and 500 additional hours. We are under review with the International Association of Yoga Therapists at this time and serve and are founded in the greater Kansas City Area. We are homegrown, sustainable and local; not a branch of another school out of state. Our spiritual foundation is based on the Yoga Sutras and draws from the teachings of Swami Rama and the Himalayan Institute. Our asana methodology and techniques are based in the Iyengar tradition, the work of Mukunda Stiles (creator of Structural Yoga Therapy) and the work of Doug Keller, who has been associated with the IIYS since 2001. Please visit the KC Yoga Therapy website for complete information here.
All immersions are open for those who have a 200 hour training or equivalent, that have the desire to learn more. This module is considered advanced yoga teacher training.
