Our retreat at the Himalayan Institute has been a long time tradition here at the IIYS. Attendance is required from everyone that graduates from our yoga therapy program. We want you to treat yourself to this yoga immersion in the heart of the Poconos to bring your practice fully into your heart. This experience is like no other. The focus will be on you and deepening your practice. All participants can choose if they want to receive a mantra, go through mantra initiation and learn how to incorporate the practice of japa into your meditation practice.
