OMamas: Prenatal Yoga
The prenatal program is held in it's entirety at hOMe Family Holistic Center. This weekend module is the perfect way to begin your journey of teaching prenatal yoga. If you have prenatal students in your regular classes, this weekend will give you the confidence to teach them and offer safe modifications. Prenatal 1 will also give you the skills to sub a prenatal yoga class. If you are thinking about becoming a prenatal yoga instructor this weekend will help you decide if this is the population you want to emphasize on and invest in the complete certification to become a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor. A manual is included with this weekend training.

About the Instructors:
Ashley Walburn & Jessica Sexton are co-facilitators of this training.
Ashley Walburn, E-RYT500 earned her yoga certifications through Darling Yoga and the Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies. She is now in the professional yoga therapist training offered by KC Yoga Therapy. She is a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor and has taught over 2000 prenatal yoga classes since 2006. Ashley is also a birth doula and has seen the tremendous benefit of prenatal yoga for women during childbirth and postpartum recovery. Ashley created this prenatal yoga program, and also created programs for various Yoga studios and hospitals. She owns hOMe holistic where they offer 9 prenatal classes weekly.
Jessica Sexton was certified to teach yoga by Darling Yoga. She hold her prenatal and specialized kids yoga certifications from Carole Westermman, as well as being a DONA trained birth doula through Birthing Beyond. She is also a certified Placenta Remedy Specialist. Together, Jessica and Ashley, are the OMama Doula Crew and attend over 50 births collectively annually.
