This weekend is Part 2 of the Prenatal Training and is the perfect way to begin or continue your journey teaching prenatal yoga. This weekend module will deepen your understanding of the pregnant woman's body, learn about choices in childbirth and how you as a yoga professional can help empower women to make the best choices for their birth. You will learn prenatal yoga sequences and affirmations to foster a deeper connection between the pregnant woman and her baby. You will understand more about pregnancy, childbirth and yoga's benefits as women become mothers. This module will give you the confidence to teach pregnant women and support them more effectively throughout their pregnancy. Prenatal 2 is the second of 3 weekend modules. This training is designed to be taken in any order and certified through Home Family Holistic Center, Ashley Walburn and Jessica Sexton. Prenatal 1, Prenatal 2 and OMbaby+mama (postpartum and beyond). Prenatal 2 is open to yoga instructors, birth workers, prenatal body workers and of course, mothers.
